Shipping policy
Digital delivery
Roam Ready sells digital products only. There is nothing physical to ship, so you will not be charged any shipping fees and you do not need to provide a delivery address for postage.
How you receive your product
After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your digital product in one of the following ways:
- A download link on the order confirmation page, and
- A confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout, containing your download link or access details.
In most cases this happens straight away. Please allow a short time for the email to arrive and remember to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Trouble accessing your product
If you have not received your product, cannot open your download, or are having any trouble accessing what you purchased, please email us at contact@useroamready.com with your order number. We will get you sorted as quickly as we can.
Incorrect email address
Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, as this is where your product will be sent. If you entered the wrong address, contact us at contact@useroamready.com and we will help resend your order.
