Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Roam Ready.

Digital products

All products sold by Roam Ready are digital goods, including ebooks, travel guides, and downloadable files. Because these products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

Exceptions

We want you to be happy with what you buy. We may issue a refund or send a replacement in the following situations:

  • The file is faulty, corrupted, or will not download and we are unable to fix the problem for you.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
  • You purchased the same product twice by mistake and have not downloaded the second copy.

To request a refund under one of these exceptions, email us at contact@useroamready.com within 30 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for a screenshot or other details so we can look into it properly.

Approved refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a number of business days for the funds to appear.
